Clena Marie Abuan

Clena Abuan is a Senior Technology Associate within bp’s digital science and engineering team. Clena’s role is to focus on identifying emerging digital technology and understanding its application to the business—helping to shape the direction of bp’s overall digital strategy. Prior to working at bp, Clena served five years in the US Army as a Signal Corps Officer with one deployment to Iraq. She graduated from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor’s in Foreign Area Studies. She also has a Master’s in IT with a focus on Information Assurance and an MBA.

Toya Campbell

Toya Campbell has 15+ years in oil and gas, transportation, and natural resources and has been with Kinder Morgan for 10 years serving in various environmental capacities. Currently, Toya is the Environmental Permitting Manager – Products Pipelines where she oversees the preparation of federal, state and local permit/license applications and directs a team of consultants to coordinate and manage field studies, regulatory/resource agency consultation, corridor/route election, environmental inspection, post-construction monitoring, mitigation planning, public participation and construction compliance management projects. She also functions as company-agency liaison, manages subcontractors, and participates in presentations at agency meetings, public meetings and hearings.

Isabel Chan

A jack of all trades and master of none that has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin

Isabel is and experienced Product Manager for Integrated Onshore Production Solutions, 3 years in Engineering, Procurement and Construction and 7 years in Process/Project Engineering.

With strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills Persuasion, Isabel has a breadth of technical knowledge and agility to understand new problems.

Isabel’s hobbies include calligraphy, video, games, reading and baking. 

Angela Dowling

Application Support Analyst with a B.A. in English. I live with my sister and our two dogs; I love to travel, cook and go to concerts. 

After many years working as an IT Communications Specialist/Lead, I now work as an Application Support Analyst for our Corporate Communications team. I help manage the partnership between IT and our Corporate Communications department (application support, project delivery, third-party contracts, etc.),

I enjoy getting to combine my communications background with my interest in new technology. My position requires a bachelor’s degree, excellent collaboration skills, and a focus on customer success

Ceena Jacob

My name is Ceena Jacob, and I am a software engineer working at bp. I graduated from University of Texas in 2016 with a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I joined bp directly after graduating from college.

I live in Houston with my family, and for fun, I love long drives and spending time exploring things with my family and friends.

Originally from California and have lived in Texas the past 11 years. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters ages 4 and 1. We are a sports family and enjoy traveling to new places and trying international cuisine. Fun fact, I played college basketball at the University of Arizona.

Rania Pommer

Rania began working for bpX energy in June 2020 after completing her PhD in geology and geochemistry at Colorado School of Mines. She also holds a Master’s degree in geology and geochemistry from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in geological sciences from The University of Texas at Austin. While in graduate school, Rania wrote and self-published a children’s book series geared towards STEM topics and understanding science in everyday life. She currently lives in Golden, CO with her husband, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 9 chickens.

Shantel Saludares

Shantel is currently a Project Manager at Shell and her previous roles include Operations Engineering Manager and Operations Engineer/Lifting Subject Matter Expert

Shantel has a BA in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas in Austin as well as a Business Certificate at the University of Texas in Austin and is currently studying for her PMP Certificate.

Shantel has 2 boys, 9 years old and 7 years old and is the Co-owner of TFTI, an Interactive Photo Experience (Houston, Arlington, Atlanta) who also loves math and art.

Tracy Schubert

Tracy Schubert is a versatile, strategic executive leader with over 20 years of experience in all facets of HR and 6 years of experience within the energy industry. She has a proven ability to lead people in high pressure and lean environments. She is an effective hands-on leader and problem solver skilled at building rapport and increasing morale during ever changing circumstances while consistently driving organizational initiatives. Tracy is pro-active and adaptable at balancing the employees’ best interests with the company’s strategic initiatives. Her specialties include Human Resources strategy, benefits design and administration, regulatory compliance, recruitment at all levels of talent, retention, high impact training and development programs, succession planning and performance management. She is currently the Sr. Vice President over the Human Resources and Corporate Safety groups at Crestwood.

Her organization includes 17 employees within the department and 800 employees total within the company. In her current role she implemented many new initiatives at Crestwood including the Crestwood Women’s Network, Diversity and Inclusion Council, and played a vital role in the company’s ESG efforts by contributing to the social portion of Crestwood’s inaugural Sustainability Report in 2018. She leads a team that prioritizes strategies that drive business results by implementing policies and procedures that are both compliant and effective to the business and focuses on ways to better utilize technology to streamline practices and be more efficient. Her goal is to work with leaders consistently and humbly across Crestwood’s many lines of business to build and lead better HR & Corporate Safety organizations that reflect and support their dynamic needs. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Deana Werkowitch

Deana Werkowitch is the Senior Vice President of Audit, Technology, and Implementation Services at Crestwood Equity Partners LP, a publicly traded energy midstream company. Deana is responsible for providing assurance on the effectiveness of financial and IT controls within the audit discipline, building a secure environment with productivity tools within the technology discipline, and delivering end-to-end operational process efficiencies within the implementation services discipline.

Deana has been in the energy industry for 20 years and has a relentless passion for utilizing an ‘art of the possible’ mindset turning challenges into opportunities resulting in organizational success. Her passion and zeal for making improvements and having a positive impact on the organization has led her to be the first Senior Vice President of Technology at Crestwood. Deana delivers a leadership style that promotes a collaborative and continuous improvement culture by partnering with different levels of the organization to bring innovation and new possibilities to the employees at Crestwood. She has a proven track record in building consensus and delivering solutions utilizing best practices, leveraging technology, and most importantly being inclusive and engaging of cross-functional teams when designing and delivering solutions.

She holds a bachelor and master’s degree in finance, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds a Project Management Professional certification.
