WEN's Young Women Energized (YWE) is an award winning program offers students, parents and educators a jump start to college and career planning with its signature mentoring circle format and interactive sessions for all attendees. The program is aimed at high school students in grades 9 through 12, especially those interested in energy careers and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
